"Heather Feather" was Heather's nickname growing up. Feathers inspire and that is what Heather aspires to do for YOU! Heather struggled with plantar fasciitis for years and almost gave up running. She was running marathons and the struggle was real! She hobbled along at races and figured she just had to deal with the pain. She knew deep down it didn't have to be this way and set out to get rid of her foot pain.

After years of research and trying different things Heather finally got rid of plantar fasciitis by working through the physical as well as emotional components of this annoying foot problem. She now runs marathons, ultramarathons, participates in triathlons and enjoys long distance open water swimming as well as getting out in the woods with her dog - all pain free!

Heather is a certified Personal Trainer, 500 hour Yoga Instructor, and Chef. She look forward to sharing the magic of Pain Free Feet with you!
